The Purse Pledge is a nonprofit organization envisioned in 2019 by three friends from Los Angeles, CA named Ziona, Joeline, and Imari. They made the powerful plan to distribute donated purses filled with essential items to women facing hardship in Southern California. This plan, initially, never came to fruition due to the pandemic shutdowns & Joeline’s unfortunate passing, in July 2025.
To honor Joeline, her close friends have embarked on finally fulfilling this journey. Our core mission revolves around the simple, but selfless act of distributing these practical care packages and making a difference in our community.
